Receptionist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Visitor Greeting: Welcome and greet on-site visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and route mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Emergency Response: Immediately respond to alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
  • Safety and Security: Be alert for any unsafe conditions that could put residents, staff, and visitors at risk.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various clerical duties, including typing, filing, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or minimum 3 years of business experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and multitask, and proficiency in secretarial software and systems.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and strong organizational and follow-up skills.
