Zendesk is looking for a professional and accountable Front Desk Coordinator to join our Workplace Experience Team in our Madison, Wisconsin office. Were the department that keeps the day-to-day life running smoothly for Zendesks employees, and we have a lot of fun along the way

As a member of the Workplace Experience team, youll work hard to deliver exceptional service to our employees, customers, and guests. You thrive in a busy (and sometimes hectic) office environment. **Responsibilities:**

* Process incoming and outgoing packages and mail.

* Work cross functionally with IT and HR to process shipments for new hires, terminations and asset replacements.

* Triage/respond to all assigned tickets in a timely manner.

* Record all office-related expenses and reconcile in Expensify.

* Manage the departments UPS account invoice processing while working cross functionally with AP, and address issues with missing/delayed shipments through the UPS claims process.

* As requested/needed, place orders for any and all Workplace-related items including: catering, Amazon, office supplies.

* Demonstrate ability to handle all reception situations that may arise with or without problems.

* Work cross functionally with other teams on projects as needed while teams are working remotely.

* Add new hires and suspend terminations in the workplace Zendesk instance.

* Listen to and redirect all incoming voicemail tickets (SF Office only).

* Identify areas of process improvement and create action plans.

* Welcome visitors and deliver an extraordinary guest experience to all employees in-office.

* Perform health and safety checks for employees and guests coming onsite.

* Maintain general cleanliness and appearance of the reception desk and adjacent areas.

**Requirements:**

* Must be able to work on-site in our Madison, Wisconsin office

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced administrative role

* Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service

* Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-stress situations

* Positive attitude and friendly disposition at all times

* Strong communication skills across employees at all levels within the organization

* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision

* Ability to triage and create sensible prioritization in order to continue to be effective

* A sense of humor and ability to strike up a conversation with anyone

* Professional attire and appearance at all times

* Strong computer skills including Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite
