About the Team

The Business Visa Service Team at TikTok is responsible for managing and overseeing local Business Visa application services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications. Our team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality visa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of business visa applications and processes.
  • Advise employees and stakeholders on visa requirements, application procedures, and compliance issues.
  • Liaise with local embassy/authorities and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and regulations in various countries.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of visa services.
  • Partner with external service providers to ensure visa approval rates, improve visa processes, and deliver high-quality visa services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant visa rules and regulations.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with global visa processes.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to global mobility programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status and effectiveness of visa initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa, immigration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of global visa rules, regulations, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as this role will support Chinese employees.
