San Francisco, California, United States Visa Inc. Full time
About the Role

Visa Direct is a global real-time money movement platform that facilitates consumer and business-funded use cases such as person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person-to-micro-business transfer (e.g., payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g., insurance claim disbursements and earned wage access), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than $200 Trillion of payment volume globally – replacing cash, checks, and slow bank transfers with real-time money movement. A robust, multifaceted enabler ecosystem is a key element for growth of Visa Direct transactions and services.

As the Senior Manager – Visa Direct Business Growth Enabler, you are responsible for managing and driving VD growth via Visa's North American and potentially Global enabler relationships. You are considered to be in a 'quarterback' position from a relationship perspective as it relates to the orchestration of resources in supporting transaction volume growth, sharing business insights, and developing compelling and thoughtful account plans. Organizationally savvy, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are critical as the role will interface with multiple areas within the assigned enabler organization as well as within Visa (sales, marketing, pricing, legal, risk, and more). Visa is looking for an experienced individual that has business development sales and account management who is comfortable driving growth while navigating ambiguity and demanding timelines in a matrixed organization. This is a critical revenue growth role on the Visa Direct sales team in a highly visible position. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high intellectual curiosity to learn new concepts and business models, and the ability to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment. You must be someone who obsesses about clients and putting yourself in the clients' shoes to look for insights from data that delivers value and puts you in a more consultative/trusted position with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enabler account planning activities, pipeline strategy, executive client briefing documentation, and manage opportunity discussions across the larger Visa organization on behalf of your enablement partners.
  • Support and manage other client-facing enabler sales resources as part of the role/providing leadership and modeling excellent relationship management skills.
  • Provide a deep understanding of your clients' industry landscape, performance, benchmarking, and business options to optimize and grow their real-time push payments programs.
  • Collaborate with all commercialization teams on the development of opportunity sizing for use case expansion. This will be across the Money Movement Solutions including Visa Direct, Currencycloud, and B2B Connect.
  • Actively participate in training programs (e.g., product & solution) to continuously improve and update knowledge to apply to the role.
  • Experience with data analytical tools such as Tableau and AI support tools, to provide business insights and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Regularly monitor clients' performance and provide thoughtful and detailed reporting to internal stakeholders (verbal and written) relative to client activities, including a variety of business metrics and insights across use cases and how they stack up against Visa's overall performance.
  • Candidate must have the skill to calculate and investigate a variety of insights from data metrics and be able to produce insightful client-facing graphs, visuals, and stats from the data/performance and share with clients via engaging storytelling capabilities.
