Position Summary:
The Senior Manager for Visa Direct Enabler Account Management is tasked with spearheading the growth of Visa Direct through strategic partnerships within North America and potentially on a global scale. This role acts as a pivotal coordinator, ensuring effective resource orchestration to bolster transaction volume growth, share valuable business insights, and craft strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of assigned enabler opportunities, manage projects, negotiate contracts, and secure deal approvals.
  • Lead account planning initiatives, pipeline strategies, and executive client documentation while facilitating discussions across Visa's broader organization.
  • Oversee and mentor client-facing enabler sales resources, exemplifying exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Deliver comprehensive insights into clients' industry landscapes, performance metrics, and business strategies to enhance their real-time push payment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercialization teams to assess opportunity sizing for use case expansion across various Money Movement Solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training programs to enhance product and solution knowledge applicable to the role.
  • Utilize data analytical tools to derive business insights and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor client performance and provide detailed reporting to internal stakeholders, highlighting key business metrics and insights.
  • Analyze data metrics to generate insightful visuals and reports for clients, utilizing storytelling techniques to convey value.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and office work, with a requirement to be present in the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • Preferred: 9+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Extensive experience in sales and business development within the Payments/Fintech sector.
  • Strong track record in account management and leading complex projects across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in developing compelling business cases and articulating value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and exceed expectations consistently.
  • Familiarity with Card Networks and real-time payment processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual assistant tools.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel and is performed in an office setting, necessitating the ability to communicate effectively and operate standard office equipment.
