Role Overview
The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) division is dedicated to delivering payment solutions and related services to clients worldwide.
Our extensive client base includes Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporations, Multinational Companies, Treasury, and Government entities. We collaborate closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs, and other stakeholders in the payments ecosystem to provide these services. Our focus lies in identifying needs, evaluating opportunities, and swiftly acting on our vision while ensuring successful product delivery.
The Portfolio Operations team is integral to the CMS Strategy and Operations organization. The Senior Manager, Portfolio Operations will assist the Senior Director in steering portfolio operations workstreams and rhythms, while also propelling our agile transformation journey across our global product and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a change agent, collaborating closely with global product leadership and portfolio teams to enhance the adoption of Visa's Transformation Reimagine Work initiatives within the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) and Money Movement Solutions (MMS) sectors.
- Lead the development and coordination of executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report on delivery against product roadmaps, highlight challenges and risks, and monitor overall progress against CMS transformation priorities.
- Partner with product and portfolio leads within VCS and MMS to establish templates, identify operational efficiencies, optimize processes, and create new frameworks as necessary.
- Become a subject matter expert in Jira Align (JA) and collaborate with leaders across CMS Product and Technology to enhance JA adoption, establish appropriate work hierarchies, and automate reporting.
- Oversee the agile transformation efforts across CMS, including defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and managing the roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Product and Technology to define and evaluate options, driving the execution of the CMS Transformation roadmap.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Preferred candidates will have 9 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more years with an advanced degree, or 3 or more years with a PhD.
- Proven experience in progressive leadership roles within Product or Services in Payments or Technology sectors, particularly in global B2B and B2B2C service models.
Additional Information
This position is hybrid, requiring employees to work from the office 2-3 set days a week based on business needs.
