The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) division is dedicated to delivering payment solutions and services to clients globally.
Our extensive clientele, including Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporations, Multi-Nationals, Treasury, and Government entities, rely on our offerings. We collaborate with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs, and other stakeholders in the payments ecosystem to fulfill these needs.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Portfolio Operations will assist the Senior Director in steering portfolio operations initiatives and driving agile transformation across our global product and technology teams.
This position is pivotal as a change agent, working closely with global product leadership and portfolio teams to enhance the adoption of Visa's Transformation Reimagine Work initiatives within the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) and Money Movement Solutions (MMS) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and coordination of executive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to report on product roadmap delivery, highlight challenges, and track progress against CMS transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with product and portfolio leads within VCS and MMS to establish templates, identify operational efficiencies, and optimize processes.
- Become a subject matter expert in Jira Align (JA) and partner with CMS Product and Technology leads to enhance JA adoption and automate reporting.
- Oversee the agile transformation efforts across CMS, including defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and managing the transformation roadmap.
- Represent CMS priorities while working with the Central Product Operations team to align on Visa-wide transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
- Proven track record in leadership roles within Product or Services in Payments or Technology sectors, focusing on global B2B and B2B2C service models.
- Experience in portfolio operations, producing dashboards and facilitating cross-functional leadership meetings.
Additional Information
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring employees to work from the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.
