Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager for Visa Direct Enabler Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in steering the growth of Visa Direct through strategic relationships with enablers across North America and potentially on a global scale. This position requires you to act as a 'quarterback' in managing relationships, orchestrating resources to support transaction volume expansion, sharing valuable business insights, and crafting thoughtful account strategies. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and exhibit strong interpersonal and negotiation skills will be essential, as you will engage with various internal teams including sales, marketing, pricing, and legal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by managing assigned enabler opportunities, overseeing projects, negotiating agreements, and executing account strategies.
  • Lead planning activities for enabler accounts, strategize pipeline development, and manage discussions across the Visa organization on behalf of your partners.
  • Support and mentor client-facing enabler sales teams, demonstrating exemplary relationship management skills.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' industry landscapes, performance metrics, and business alternatives to enhance their real-time payment programs.
  • Collaborate with commercialization teams to assess opportunities for expanding use cases across Money Movement Solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and application in your role.
  • Utilize data analytical tools to derive business insights and optimize productivity.
  • Monitor client performance regularly, providing detailed reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data metrics to produce insightful visuals and narratives for client presentations.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between remote and office work. Employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • Preferred: 9+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • 6+ years in sales and business development within the Payments/Fintech sector.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and leading complex projects.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to create compelling business cases and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Card Networks and real-time payment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel and will be performed in an office setting, necessitating standard office equipment usage.
