Role Overview
The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) division delivers payment solutions and related services to clients worldwide.
Our diverse clientele, including Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporations, Multinationals, Treasury, and Government entities, utilize our offerings to meet their needs. We collaborate closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs, and other stakeholders in the payments ecosystem to ensure effective service delivery. Our focus is on identifying needs, evaluating opportunities, and swiftly executing our vision while guaranteeing successful product launches.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Portfolio Operations will assist the Senior Director in steering portfolio operations initiatives and rhythms, as well as advancing our agile transformation journey across global product and technology teams.
The selected candidate will serve as a crucial change agent, working in tandem with global product leadership and portfolio teams to foster the ongoing adoption of Visa's Transformation Reimagine Work initiatives throughout the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) and Money Movement Solutions (MMS) sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Spearhead the creation and coordination of executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report on product roadmap delivery, identify challenges and risks, and assess overall progress against CMS transformation objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with product and portfolio leaders within VCS and MMS to establish templates, pinpoint operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and define new frameworks as necessary.
3. Become a subject matter expert in Jira Align (JA) and work with leaders across CMS Product and Technology to enhance JA adoption, establish appropriate work hierarchies, and automate reporting.
4. Lead the comprehensive agile transformation initiative across CMS, including the definition of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and ownership of the transformation roadmap.
5. Engage with senior leaders in Product and Technology and their respective product delivery teams to define options and drive execution of the CMS Transformation roadmap.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- 9+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product or Services within the Payments or Technology sectors, focusing on global B2B and B2B2C service models.
- Proven experience in a portfolio operations role, producing dashboards and facilitating cross-functional leadership meetings.
- Strong program management skills with a track record of leading complex projects across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement agility frameworks at scale with measurable outcomes.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance 2-3 days a week based on business needs.
