Role Overview
The Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) division delivers payment solutions and related services to clients worldwide. Our diverse clientele includes Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporations, Multinationals, Treasury, and Government entities.
The Portfolio Operations team, part of the CMS Strategy and Operations organization, is seeking a Senior Manager to assist the Senior Director in steering portfolio operations initiatives and promoting our agile transformation journey across global product and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a change agent, collaborating with global product leadership and portfolio teams to foster the adoption of Visa's Transformation Reimagine Work initiatives.
- Leverage Lean Agile expertise to implement agile practices and drive efficiencies in product and technology delivery.
- Lead the development and coordination of executive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess delivery against product roadmaps and highlight challenges and risks.
- Collaborate with product and portfolio leads to define templates, optimize processes, and establish new frameworks as necessary.
- Become a subject matter expert in Jira Align, working with CMS Product and Technology leads to enhance adoption and automate reporting.
Transformation Leadership
- Spearhead the agile transformation across CMS, defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and managing the transformation roadmap.
- Engage with senior leaders in Product and Technology to evaluate options and drive execution of the CMS Transformation roadmap.
- Represent CMS priorities while aligning with the Central Product Operations team on Visa-wide transformation efforts.
Communication and Coaching
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies throughout the transformation process.
- Provide coaching to all levels to embrace agility and Lean Thinking, enhancing business value delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 5 years with an advanced degree.
- Proven track record in leadership roles within the Payments or Technology sectors, focusing on global B2B service models.
- Experience in portfolio operations, producing dashboards and facilitating executive reviews.
Additional Information
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring employees to work from the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs. Travel requirements are minimal, at approximately 5-10%.
