Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of client marketing and experiential programs that drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Pitch and sell-in marketing solutions to clients based on their business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives and other team members to enable successful client conversations and sales approaches.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver thought leadership marketing advisory services and oversee client engagement executions.
  • Measure and analyze program effectiveness to demonstrate Visa value-add to clients and drive incremental portfolio revenue.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience with an Advanced degree.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship building, and designing/executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong executive presence, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into marketing strategy.
  • Team player with experience coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions.
  • Strong process orientation, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to create visually clear and concise work product and presentations.
