The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving set objectives linked to the overall success of the hotel. This individual will be tasked with effectively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to meet the revenue and market share targets for one or more properties.
The sales focus may differ based on the specific property assigned (e.g., Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF).Management-level associates are expected to dedicate sufficient time each workday to fulfill their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime is applicable and calculated accordingly.
Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in Hotel Sales is preferred.
A valid driver's license for the applicable state is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for negotiating, persuading, selling, and influencing other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients.
Proficiency in general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products, is required.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial; strong organizational and presentation skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully achieve assigned sales and revenue targets, as well as solicitation call objectives.
Proactively engage in solicitation calls, conduct sales tours, and entertain clients specific to Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and/or Groups as relevant to the property.
Monitor and assess trends within your market segment.
Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's established regulations, company standards, sales standards, and metrics.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's operations and policies, as well as those of relevant departments.
Maintain a strong presence in the local community and industry organizations as appropriate.
May assist in implementing and/or participating in special promotions related to direct sales segments, such as sales blitzes.
Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, along with any other functions required by management.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales.

Minimum: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
