Job Title: Field Sales Account Executive

CooperVision is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Account Executive to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Lancaster territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our CVI products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
