Outside Sales Account Executive, Northeast

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, underwriting, and sales support, to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business leads and closing sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
