Position Summary: The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR Assistant Director and Chief Human Resources Officer to devise, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies. This pivotal role is crucial in attracting a diverse and qualified talent pool for our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactivity, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and actively engage in job fairs and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive corporate recruitment strategy.
  • Engage in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and establish hiring criteria.
  • Develop and apply effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles within the organization.
  • Track and report on essential HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and prepare interview questions and selection materials.
  • Partner with hiring managers during the offer process, providing guidance on salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Act as a liaison with local employment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assist with general HR functions, including onboarding, performance management tracking, benefits administration, and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and staffing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with effective negotiation skills.
  • Capability to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
