About the Role

Merkle, a leading digital transformation partner, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its analytics solutions team. As Senior Vice President, Analytics Solutions, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and providing thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with growth and capability leaders to develop and execute strategic plans for large and complex deals.
  • Collaborate with the analytics leadership team to refine and execute go-to-market strategies for analytics and insights business.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive strategic data and analytics initiatives, providing consultative business partnership and thought leadership.
  • Identify and pursue analytics engagement opportunities across existing clients and new prospects, collaborating with growth organization to develop integrated solutions.
  • Participate in business development efforts, supporting RFP responses and collaborating across practice areas to develop integrated solutions and lead pitches.
  • Provide innovative solutions and thought leadership to position clients at the forefront of their industries, through pitches and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the dentsu product team to enhance and develop new functionality, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain relevant and effective.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for analytics and AI products and services, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to position and promote analytics and insights offerings internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, ensuring effective collaboration to co-develop new solutions.
  • Develop and deliver industry-leading thought leadership to elevate the organization among industry peers and strengthen the value proposition as a strategic transformation partner to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Quantitative Field, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a quantitative business environment, preferably in an agency environment, ad technology vendors, or analytics firms.
  • Experience with statistical concepts, machine learning, and familiarity with AI and Gen AI.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Customer Analytics, Advanced Measurement, ML-Driven Personalization, Market Research, Media Analytics, Reporting & BI.
  • Understanding of campaign management/ad serving technology and optimization of digital media campaigns within platforms.
  • Working knowledge of DSPs, third-party audience data, and CDP platforms.
  • Experience with rich media and data-driven creative, including DCO platforms.
  • Able to present complex content simply to senior clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum.
