Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize provided leads to engage with high-net-worth individuals, focusing on their investment needs and presenting tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective clients' financial situations and educate them on the comprehensive services offered by our firm.
  • Collaborate with an internal team dedicated to portfolio management and client services, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Private Client Group Sales to access resources and support necessary for achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector, specifically targeting stock market investors.
  • Possession of relevant designations such as Investment Advisor Representative, Series 65, or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new investor business, with a proven track record of high-volume outreach and in-person consultations.
  • History of achieving six-figure earnings in each of the past three years, reflecting a pay-for-performance compensation model.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary with uncapped commission potential. The average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000, with top performers earning over $1 million. Additional benefits include:
