CNI Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Wealth Management Solutions. This role is tailored for financial professionals with a strong background in sales and a passion for serving high-net-worth clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a fully remote capacity while managing a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize provided leads to engage with high-net-worth individuals, focusing on their investment needs and presenting tailored wealth management solutions.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective clients' financial situations and educate them on the comprehensive services offered by our firm.
- Collaborate with an internal team dedicated to portfolio management and client services, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with the Director of Private Client Group Sales to access resources and support necessary for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector, specifically targeting stock market investors.
- Possession of relevant designations such as Investment Advisor Representative, Series 65, or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new investor business, with a proven track record of high-volume outreach and in-person consultations.
- History of achieving six-figure earnings in each of the past three years, reflecting a pay-for-performance compensation model.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary with uncapped commission potential. The average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000, with top performers earning over $1 million. Additional benefits include:

- A 50% match on 401(k) contributions, up to the IRS maximum.
- Family support initiatives, including paid primary caregiver leave and adoption assistance.
