  • Encourage the use of available technology throughout the broking and client service processes.
  • Replicate successful products and solutions while developing new broking opportunities.
  • Enhance broker skills through collaborative projects and strategic discussions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Trade Credit insurance.
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Possession of an active P&C License is required within the first six months.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this role is between $164,400.00 and $215,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. Geographic location may also influence salary adjustments.

This position is eligible for participation in Aon’s annual incentive plans, which provide an opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to the base salary. The bonus amount is variable and subject to the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
