Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients to enhance the firm's clientele.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Focus on retaining and expanding the portfolio of assigned clients and prospects.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to deliver top-tier data and analytics for our clients.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at generating new business and meeting sales objectives.

- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Trade Credit insurance sector, fostering productive relationships with key insurance underwriters.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on daily tasks, including interactions with underwriters and clients.
- Assist in gathering submission information in coordination with relevant external and internal contacts.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients throughout the broking process and their engagement duration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in client presentations, encompassing both technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques.
- Encourage the use of available technology throughout the broking and client service processes.
- Replicate successful products and solutions while developing new broking opportunities.
- Enhance broker skills through collaborative projects and strategic discussions.
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Trade Credit insurance.
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
- Possession of an active P&C License is required within the first six months.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this role is between $164,400.00 and $215,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. Geographic location may also influence salary adjustments.
This position is eligible for participation in Aon’s annual incentive plans, which provide an opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to the base salary. The bonus amount is variable and subject to the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
