Position Overview

As a Field Service Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of medical equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Conduct essential diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on STERIS and competing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize customer and operational demands to autonomously manage preventive maintenance, service requests, warranty issues, equipment setups, and upgrades.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams including Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to escalate concerns effectively and utilize advanced technology for regulatory compliance and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide clients with detailed information, pricing, and repair alternatives. With guidance from management, foster relationships with the Sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and identify revenue opportunities within your designated area.
  • Territory Support: Offer assistance across various locations based on service agreements and customer requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Mechanical Troubleshooting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in HVAC systems

Compensation:

$25 - $34.62 per hour
