- Account Health and Renewal: Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to prevent churn and ensure long-term customer retention.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
