The Service Attendant is tasked with ensuring the seamless movement of service customer vehicles, promoting efficient traffic flow within the facility, and enhancing customer convenience while maintaining an organized service parking area. Additional responsibilities include welcoming guests, conducting vehicle walk-arounds using an iPad, and managing car wash traffic. A flexible schedule is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome service guests upon arrival and conduct vehicle walk-arounds to ensure the safety of both the guest and the dealership.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and lounge area.
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, demonstrating knowledge of local amenities and providing additional assistance as required.
  • Efficiently move vehicles on and off the service drive.
  • Facilitate the pick-up and delivery of guests and their vehicles as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects as directed by the Service Manager.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor.
