About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will oversee and guide our recruitment team at Western Power, a leading energy company dedicated to empowering its team to shape the future of energy. As a key member of our organization, you will lead a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations while supporting strategic initiatives and managing executive-level recruitment efforts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12 talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, driving growth and innovation.
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Manage executive-level recruitment, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.
