Company Overview

Darigold Inc. is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to become an integral part of our Corporate HR Team. This position is based in Pasco, WA, and plays a vital role in our Human Resources department, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Employee Experience and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  • Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for corporate partners, leadership, and essential subject matter expert roles.
  • Identify and connect with prospective candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Design, implement, and advocate for inclusive selection processes to assist hiring managers and evaluators in making informed hiring decisions.
  • Enhance practices for leadership and executive recruitment.
  • Facilitate training and education on standardized hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with human resource business partners and leaders to align roles with key competencies.
  • Develop internal and external talent pools for critical talent segments.
  • Utilize market, competitor, and workforce insights to formulate a sourcing strategy for acquiring the right talent at the right time.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to anticipate and respond to workforce needs based on business objectives.
  • Propose strategies for addressing talent shortages.
  • Assist in making data-informed decisions regarding talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Conduct equity analyses for new job offers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our opportunities, culture, and value proposition across various platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strategic community partnerships with educational institutions and trade schools to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and opportunities.
  • Introduce best practices and training to the recruitment team for implementation.
  • Coach and collaborate with business leaders to support exemplary recruitment practices and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent intelligence roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, data, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with talent market trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized projects.
  • Experience in the industry or a related field is a plus.
