  • Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies.

  • Industry experience is a plus.
