Darigold Inc is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to become a vital part of our Corporate HR Team. This role is based in Pasco, WA, and is essential for supporting our Human Resources operations. The Talent Acquisition Partner will report directly to the Senior Director of Employee Experience and Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for corporate roles, leadership positions, and specialized subject matter expert roles.
- Engage potential candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for their qualifications and cultural fit.
- Design and implement inclusive hiring processes to assist hiring managers in making informed decisions.
- Enhance practices for leadership and executive recruitment.
- Facilitate training on standard hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to align roles with essential competencies.
- Develop talent pools for critical segments.
- Utilize market insights to formulate effective sourcing strategies.
- Work with HR and business leaders to anticipate workforce needs aligned with business objectives.
- Propose strategies to address talent shortages.
- Support data-driven decisions in talent acquisition and retention.
- Conduct equity analyses for new job offers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our culture and opportunities across various platforms.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Share insights and training with the recruitment team.
- Advise business leaders on best-in-class recruitment practices and candidate experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with emerging recruitment technologies and market trends.
- Experience leading projects of varying sizes.
- Industry experience is a plus.
