Short-term Talent Acquisition Advisor

Overview:
Darigold Inc is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to become a vital part of our Corporate HR Team. This role is based in Pasco, WA, and reports directly to the Senior Director of Employee Experience and Enablement. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in aligning our organizational goals with effective talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting high-caliber candidates while promoting equitable hiring practices in line with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles, leadership positions, and specialized subject matter expert roles.
- Engage potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Design and implement inclusive selection processes to assist hiring managers in making informed decisions.
- Enhance practices for leadership and executive recruitment.
- Provide training and guidance on standard hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to align job roles with essential competencies.
- Develop talent pools for critical segments within the organization.
- Utilize market insights to create effective sourcing strategies for timely talent acquisition.
- Work with HR and business leaders to anticipate workforce needs based on strategic objectives.
- Propose solutions for addressing talent shortages.
- Support data-driven decision-making in talent acquisition and retention.
- Conduct equity analyses for new job offers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our culture and opportunities across various platforms.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to build robust talent pipelines.
- Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.
- Share innovative strategies and training with the recruitment team.
- Coach business leaders to enhance recruitment practices and candidate experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent intelligence roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics and data analytics.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with emerging recruitment technologies and talent market trends.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
- Industry-related experience is a plus.
