Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  • Task Delegation and Management: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that they are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office duties, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
  • Information Support: Provide accurate and timely information to employees, vendors, clients, and lenders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and interaction between internal and external parties, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure, with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in the administrative support field.
  • Administrative Skills: Meticulous approach to administrative tasks, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creativity and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Solid presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences.
  • Task Management Skills: Strong task and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
