Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Property Manager to join our team at KW Property Management and Consulting. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury communities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate community operations, including staff supervision, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Association Board of Directors and/or Developer to manage and operate the community.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Supervise and train on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders to promote a positive community image.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the community remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Community Property Manager, managing community operations, staff, and service contracts.
  • High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Florida CAM license required.
  • Valid FL Driver's license required.

  • MS Office - Advanced
Work Environment

This is a full-time exempt position, Monday through Friday, with some travel required for training and meetings.
