About the Role

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and production. As a leader in the Back of House (BOH), you will oversee the kitchen staff and support the Executive Chef in achieving our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to recipes, guidelines, and food safety standards to provide consistent quality and presentation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following facility and chef's guidelines.
  • Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, including inventory management and financial efforts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or General Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous, or Chef de Cuisine.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook and MS Excel.
Physical Demands

The Sous Chef role requires light work, prolonged walking and/or standing, and occasional exertion of up to 40lbs of force.
