Job Overview

A distinguished and reputable law firm is in search of a motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of their collaborative litigation division. This role involves providing comprehensive support to a team of attorneys, addressing their intricate administrative requirements, which include travel arrangements, meeting coordination, calendar management, and expense tracking, alongside legal assistance.

This position presents an exciting chance to contribute to various projects, foster client relationships, manage office operations, prepare presentations, conduct research, and handle filing, time tracking, and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a senior Partner with client interactions, project oversight, and research tasks.
  • Efficiently manage complex scheduling and prepare for meetings.
  • Organize travel logistics and expense documentation, ensuring itineraries are accurate and accommodating any changes.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications regarding project updates, company activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute client-related documents, contracts, and presentations.
  • Support relationship-building efforts and client communications.
  • Oversee state and federal filing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative and legal support roles.
  • Familiarity with superior and federal court filing procedures.
  • Strong document formatting and proofreading capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse personalities in high-pressure environments.
  • Outstanding writing, proofreading, and document management abilities.
  • Knowledge of DTE, Desksite, and ChromeRiver is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist wherever necessary.
  • Seeking a resourceful candidate who can provide high-level support and partnership to Executives.
  • Must possess a positive, adaptable, and proactive demeanor.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $120,000.
