As the Senior Administrative Coordinator to the Co-Chairman of the Technology Companies Business Unit, you will provide essential administrative support, coordination, and project management while engaging closely with external clients and all levels of firm management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of tasks from intricate scheduling to resolving unexpected issues that require immediate attention

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders

• Handle phone calls, meeting requests, and correspondence, assessing the urgency and directing them to the appropriate individuals

• Organize internal and external meetings and events, ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared with agendas or comprehensive briefings

• Prepare and proofread routine and complex documents, including correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets

• Set up and manage electronic files

• Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records

• Develop a thorough understanding of all contacts and protocols, managing requests for information

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• 7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a professional services environment

• Familiarity with the technology sector is advantageous but not mandatory

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships within the department, with clients, and across the global organization

• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing projects effectively

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively as an engaged team member

• Demonstrates initiative and sees tasks through to completion

• Acknowledges that stakeholder availability may extend beyond regular business hours, and is prepared to accommodate this

• Comprehensive expertise in the Microsoft Suite at an advanced level
