What to Anticipate in This Role


As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the store's team members and contributing to the overall success of the retail location. This includes ensuring that Sales Associates are held accountable for achieving sales targets while delivering friendly and enthusiastic customer service.

Your role will require a strong understanding of product knowledge, enabling you to provide both customers and team members with detailed information regarding product features and advantages.

You will also be involved in all aspects of store operations, which include managing opening and closing procedures, processing returns/store credits, handling special orders, and distributing tasks among Sales Associates.

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and outstanding customer service. As the primary sales driver, you will provide training, lead by example, and communicate sales objectives effectively.

Take ownership of store presentation by assigning and assisting with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:
