Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers experience exceptional service at Suitsupply. You will provide robust support to the Store Manager and oversee a dedicated team of Sales Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the Suitsupply in-store experience.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales goals.
- Handle back-office responsibilities, including reporting and inventory management.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality in service and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and guidelines.
- Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team performance.
