Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable support regarding cannabis products and services.
- Oversee inventory management and cash handling processes.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the medical cannabis industry and knowledge of cannabis products are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $29.00, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
