OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the seamless and effective functioning of the Charlotte Tilbury brand. This role embodies the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. As a representative of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Supervisor will exemplify the brand's values and cater to its clientele. The position is accountable for driving optimal financial outcomes by maximizing sales potential and delivering exceptional service to customers. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for anticipating needs while executing sales, events, merchandising, operations, training, and employee development with excellence.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently demonstrate the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, reflecting the values and customer base of Charlotte Tilbury.

• Drive financial performance to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).

• Lead by example in achieving personal KPI goals.

• Communicate and manage established goals with team members.

• Act as a specialist among retail artistry brands, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

• Address customer inquiries using sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure ongoing training and development of the team, maintaining Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.

• Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience whenever possible.

• Proactively assess staffing needs, including sourcing and selecting talent to meet business objectives, ensuring a talent pool for both freelance and permanent positions.

• Set individual and team sales targets to achieve and surpass business plans.

• Analyze business performance and strategically plan for day-to-day operations and events.

• Promote the Tilbury Touch consistently to both the team and customers.

• Foster an environment of open communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings and a collaborative management approach.

• Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance within the team.

• Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' throughout business hours.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and accurate stock records.

• Control operational expenses effectively.

• Implement visual merchandising, new product displays, and promotional materials as directed by the marketing team.

• Ensure technology on the counter is maintained and functional.

• Address operational issues promptly for resolution.

• Build and nurture a cooperative relationship with the retail operations team.

• Propose mutually beneficial opportunities to enhance sales within the store.

• Schedule team members to optimize coverage based on customer traffic.

• Uphold excellent hygiene standards at the counter.

• Adhere to store standards and policies consistently.
