About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at PharmaCord, a leading provider of pharmaceutical patient support services. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who deliver exceptional patient support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of benefit specialists, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and other professionals to deliver patient support services
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop program service goals
  • Ensure compliance with contracted service levels and manage client service request queues
  • Proactively identify opportunities for program improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Monitor and analyze program data to provide actionable insights and drive program forward
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in patient support services
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field
  • Previous experience in team management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
