Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regular reviews with management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through dedicated program schedules and effective communication.
  • Manage program budgets to meet or exceed award of business targets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Plan and formulate programs, organizing resources according to program scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental program activities, including technical studies, product design, and testing.
  • Assist in developing control plans and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate activities related to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field, with 2-3 years of experience in program management in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in PC applications for cost tracking, budgeting, and program management.
  • Exposure to both product engineering and manufacturing operations, with plastics injection molding experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of injection mold design and typical secondary processes for injection molded assemblies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with injection molding experience preferred.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field.
  • Project management skills.
