As a Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experiences of our patients as they navigate the complexities of accessing their medications. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to numerous patients daily, always recognizing that each interaction involves a real individual requiring meticulous management of their healthcare records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the program
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Implement and manage client-specific operational guidelines
  • Engage with the team daily to foster alignment with operational goals
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for team members
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels to meet program demands
  • Facilitate necessary training for team members to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
  • Manage reporting of adverse events and product complaints in line with standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sector
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmaceuticals, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is advantageous
  • Prior experience leading customer service teams is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular communication and interaction with team members
  • Frequent sitting and typing, with a requirement of 35 WPM typing speed at 97% accuracy
  • Close vision required for computer work
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work predictable hours
  • Office-based role requiring prolonged periods of sitting
  • Minimal travel flexibility may be required
  • Standard office equipment usage, including computers and phones
