- Implement and manage client-specific operational guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to eliminate non-clinical barriers for patients.
- Monitor and report on factors affecting the program's financial outlook.
- Prepare summaries for client monthly invoices based on activities.
- Identify and nurture talent for open positions, focusing on internal candidate development.
- Work with HR to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Drive training and retention initiatives for team members.
- Provide targeted coaching to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze operational results specific to clients.
- Lead the preparation of client business review meetings, presenting operational metrics and insights.
- Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and product complaints per client instructions.

- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in rare diseases, neurology, or oncology preferred.
- 5+ years in the healthcare sector required.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in nurse line triage, call center utilization management, or case management is a plus.
- Previous management experience is essential; experience managing managers is advantageous.
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers or biotech companies is required.
- Knowledge of specialty drug products and health insurance claims processing is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
This role is office-based, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and utilize standard office equipment.
