Healthcare Program Manager

As a Program Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our patients by guiding them through the complexities of accessing their essential medications. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our dedicated team provides an outstanding experience to numerous patients daily, always recognizing that each prescription represents an individual in need of careful management of their medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the program
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Implement and manage client-specific operational guidelines
  • Engage with the team daily to foster alignment with operational goals
  • Facilitate hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet program demands
  • Provide necessary training for team members to excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Deliver consistent coaching and development for team members
  • Report on adverse events and product complaints in line with standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred
  • Experience in personnel or team management is essential
  • Familiarity with specialty drug products and health insurance processes is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service leadership is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular communication is essential; must be able to talk and hear
  • Frequent sitting and typing are required; ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Close vision is necessary for computer work
  • Attendance is crucial, including adherence to business hours
  • This position is primarily office-based, requiring prolonged sitting
  • Minimal travel may be necessary
