As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of patients by guiding them through the complexities of accessing their necessary medications. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to provide exceptional service to numerous patients daily. You will also serve as the program's subject matter expert, offering strategic insights to optimize program effectiveness and ensure ongoing patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Comprehend client goals and integrate them into program service objectives.
  • Guarantee compliance with service level agreements in program execution.
  • Oversee the management of client service requests, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implement and maintain client-specific operational guidelines.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to program services and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights aligned with client goals.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor and report on factors affecting the program's financial forecasts.
  • Compile activity summaries for client invoicing processes.

Team Development:

  • Identify and cultivate talent for open positions, fostering internal growth.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Work with Human Resources to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance team skills and retention.

Client Engagement:

  • Prepare and analyze operational results tailored to client needs.
  • Take charge of client business review meetings, presenting operational metrics and insights.
  • Act as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper reporting of adverse events and product complaints as per client guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • Experience in personnel management is required; managing managers is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with specialty drug markets and health insurance processes is beneficial.
  • Prior experience leading customer service teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous.
  • All onsite employees are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time exempt role requiring onsite presence.
  • The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
  • The role involves regular use of standard office equipment and may require some local travel.
