Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor and report weekly on factors affecting the program's financial outlook.
  • Prepare summaries for the development and review of client invoices.

Team Development:

  • Identify and nurture talent for open positions, including internal promotions.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Work proactively with HR to establish a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Drive training and retention initiatives for team members.
  • Provide targeted coaching to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for patient navigators, aiding in their training and addressing operational process inquiries.

Client Engagement:

  • Prepare and analyze operational results specific to clients.
  • Lead the preparation of client business review meetings, presenting operational metrics and insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance in reporting Adverse Events/Product Complaints as per client instructions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience in rare diseases, neurology, or oncology preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in nurse line triage, call center utilization management, or case management is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in personnel management is essential; experience managing managers is a plus.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, or hub service providers is necessary.
  • Knowledge of specialty drug markets and health insurance claims processing is beneficial.
  • Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly.
  • Frequent sitting for extended periods and using hands for typing and handling tasks.
  • Minimal travel flexibility may be required.
  • This position operates in a professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
