Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Comprehend client goals and integrate them into program service objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements in program execution.
  • Manage the client service request queue, overseeing both completed and ongoing tasks.
  • Implement and maintain client-specific operational guidelines.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to service scope and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights aligned with client objectives.

Financial Management:

  • Track and report weekly on factors affecting the program's financial outlook.
  • Compile activity summaries for client invoice development and review.

Team Development:

  • Identify and nurture talent for open roles, including fostering internal candidates for advancement.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates.
  • Lead training, development, and retention initiatives for the team.

Client Engagement:

  • Prepare and analyze operational results specific to clients.
  • Take charge of client business review meetings, presenting operational metrics and insights.
  • Act as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of adverse events and product complaints as per client instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience in personnel management is essential; managing managers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with specialty drug markets, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is beneficial.
  • Experience leading customer service teams is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time exempt role.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends required.
  • Position requires regular communication and the ability to perform various office tasks.
  • Travel may be necessary as per job requirements.
