Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Commonwealth Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the senior living industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the senior living industry
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the senior living industry
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure successful sales outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business development strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
