Senior Managing Director, New Business Treaty Production, Reinsurance Solutions

Aon is seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our Reinsurance Team in producing new business, generating new client opportunities, and developing sales and marketing strategies to cultivate revenue generation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with broking teams across solution lines to focus efforts on new business development and establishing relationships with clients and prospects that align with business targets.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding and knowledge of Aon's resources and solutions, matching them to client business requirements.
  • Cultivate and promote a team approach to internal and external business relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Prior business development/sales experience in the reinsurance industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance company financial statements to determine optimal entry points for presenting Aon.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with major clients and cultivate strong relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to drive teams to deliver exceptional client service, quality, and results.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and suggest creative solutions.
