As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director who can drive growth and revenue for our clients. Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive growth and revenue for our clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with our team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
- Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions, or professional business services
- Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
- Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
- Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
- Four-year college degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required; Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus
Base Salary is $135K (non-negotiable) plus commissions. First year expected up to OTE $200K - second year and beyond much higher OTE expected.
