As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director who can drive growth and revenue for our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive growth and revenue for our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with our team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions, or professional business services
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
  • Four-year college degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required; Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus

Base Salary is $135K (non-negotiable) plus commissions. First year expected up to OTE $200K - second year and beyond much higher OTE expected.
