Business Development Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the healthcare industry, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives, program managers, and clinical staff.
  • Solution Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our company's capabilities and solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close contracts and agreements that meet the needs of our clients and our company.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of our solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance and satisfaction of our clients, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities and overcome challenges.
