About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships. As Senior Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of business development professionals to achieve annual revenue goals of $2M+
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cause marketing campaigns and corporate partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Fortune 500 companies and major philanthropic foundations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated programs that advance organizational goals
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of meeting annual revenue goals
  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading a high-performing sales/business development team, with a focus on corporate philanthropy and cause marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff and external clients
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
