Job Title: Director of Business Development

Metrica Inc. is a leading provider of Global Mobility, Cybersecurity Modernization, and International Logistics solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for Metrica Inc. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in government/commercial contracting
  • Strong IT background and knowledge of federal business operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
