Job Title: Business Development Director

TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across our global network.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and intermediaries, and developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and expansion across our global network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify new business opportunities and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects through effective lead generation and qualification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage our expertise and services to meet client needs and drive sales.
  • Manage and coordinate complex multi-jurisdictional proposals involving multiple business lines.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and pipeline generation goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant working experience in a commercial environment, or in consulting, accounting, or law firms.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
