With significant expansion and a robust contract portfolio, we are in search of a committed professional to assist in the DOE Hanford Oversight Program. In this role, you will be instrumental in the formulation, execution, and enhancement of oversight processes to guarantee the program's effective and efficient functioning.
Location: This position is based at the Hanford Nuclear Site in Richland, WA, with potential telework options available after an initial period.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in program execution, project oversight, and procedural development
- Strong skills in business and technical writing
- Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project
- Capability to independently present training materials and briefings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of the DOE Hanford Balanced Oversight Project
- Develop technical strategies for the effective utilization of oversight programs
- Support the creation of oversight program metrics
- Provide assistance to site-wide committees for integrated systems governance
- Collaborate in the development of training materials and presentations
